Interesting!
To be honest, while I can see the value in measuring some kind of reaction, I'm not sure there's a way to be certain you are actually measuring the focus of the user, as there are so many factors that come in. Knowing better how you got to these metrics (focus, engagement, stress) would be nice!
Also, seeing more in-depth usability tests using Neurometrics would be awesome too :)
